When you contact Enhance Landscape or submit the inquiry form, you may provide contact details, a property address, the service requested, and other information you choose to include about your property or project.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a landscaping inquiry.
Current inquiry form provider
The inquiry form displayed on this website is hosted and processed by a third-party form provider. Information entered into that form is sent through the provider's systems so the Enhance Landscape team can receive and respond to the inquiry. The website does not currently use a separate custom form relay.
Website and form measurement
Website hosting and form providers may receive standard technical information when pages or the embedded form load, such as browser and device information, network information, requested pages, dates and times, and interaction or submission events.
The current embedded form loads provider-side services that include Meta/Facebook measurement technology and Cloudflare security technology. Those services may process technical identifiers and interaction data under their own privacy practices.
Do Not Track and similar browser signals
This website's first-party code does not currently read or respond to a browser Do Not Track signal or similar browser-based tracking signal. The embedded inquiry form and other third-party services operate their own code. Enhance Landscape does not control and has not verified how those services respond to these browser signals.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to requests, discuss requested landscaping work, arrange a site walkthrough when appropriate, prepare a proposal, maintain related business records, operate the website and form, and identify misuse or technical problems.
Who may process information
Information may be processed by Enhance Landscape team members and by service providers supporting website hosting, the embedded form, communications, measurement, and security. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable legal process.
Retention and security
Enhance Landscape has not published a fixed retention schedule for website inquiries. Information may remain in the systems used to receive and manage an inquiry. Internet transmission and third-party systems carry inherent risks, so please provide only information needed for the request.
Text messaging
The current website inquiry form does not enroll visitors in SMS messaging, and submitting it is not consent to receive automated text messages.
